Who can buy from Belle Medical Supply?
Only certified professionals: licensed estheticians, spa owners, aesthetic clinics, and medical centers. We don't sell to end consumers.
What's the minimum order?
$250 USD per order. Free shipping in the continental USA on orders over $500.
How long does shipping take?
48 business hours to the continental USA. Real stock in Magnolia, Texas. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is quoted separately.
How do I apply for a B2B account?
Create your account at /account/register and send us your esthetician credential or business license via WhatsApp. We approve within 24 business hours. More details here.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify Payments (all credit and debit cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and ACH transfers for orders over $1,000.
Do you accept returns?
Only sealed, unused product within 14 days of delivery. Opened products are not accepted for sanitary reasons. If you receive something damaged in shipping, contact us within 48h and we'll replace it at no cost.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We are official distributors of Carelika and Ribeskin for the USA. Each lot comes with its certificate of origin. We don't resell gray-market or secondary-source product.
Do you offer training or usage protocols?
Some products (CO₂ Carboxy, PDRN, active ampoules) require professional training. If you've never used them, write to us and we'll connect you with the manufacturer's technical materials or a recommended protocol.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, after the first order we evaluate offering tiered pricing based on monthly volume. Write to us directly at hola@bellemedicalsupply.com if you consistently purchase over $2,000/month.
